Terms of Service
Last updated: March 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Freewave.Online website and services. Freewave.Online is a DBA of Carrot & Flower LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Freewave.Online provides IT support and networking services, including:
- Remote Support — Remote technical assistance via monthly or annual subscription plans.
- Onsite Support — In-person technical support, billed hourly.
- VoIP Phone Systems — Business phone system setup and support (quoted per customer).
- Business Internet — Business internet solutions (quoted per customer).
We do not sell internet service, cell phone plans, or hardware directly. Pages on this Site that reference internet providers or cell phone carriers contain information and links to third-party services (see Section 9).
2. Remote Support Subscriptions
Monthly Plan — $10/month:
- Billed monthly. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
- The monthly plan requires a 12-month minimum commitment. By subscribing, you agree to pay for at least 12 consecutive months ($120 total minimum).
- You may not cancel the monthly plan before 12 successful payments have been made.
- After 12 payments, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the end of that period.
- An "auto-cancel" option is available at signup: if selected, your subscription will automatically end after the 12th payment with no further action needed.
Annual Plan — $120 (one-time):
- A single payment of $120 covers 12 months of remote support service.
- No recurring charges. Service expires 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The annual plan is non-refundable (see Section 5).
3. Onsite Support
- Onsite support is billed at $150 per hour.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Appointments can be scheduled through the Site for available time slots (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM).
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment using the management link sent to your email. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without communication ("no-shows") may be subject to a $150 missed appointment fee (equivalent to one hour of service) at our discretion.
4. Invoicing
For custom work, quotes, or hourly support, we may issue invoices via Stripe. Invoices are sent to your email with a secure payment link. Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions:
- No refunds are issued during the 12-month minimum commitment period.
- After the commitment period, if you cancel, your service continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Annual Plan:
- The annual plan payment is non-refundable. Service is provided for the full 12-month term.
Onsite Support:
- Payment is due at time of service for work performed.
- If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, contact us within 7 days at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a credit toward future service at our discretion.
Invoiced Services:
- Invoiced amounts are due upon receipt. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your payment card information. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. If a subscription payment fails, Stripe will retry according to their standard retry schedule. Continued payment failure may result in suspension of your service.
7. Use of AI and Automated Tools
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, automated systems, or AI-assisted software in the delivery of our services, including but not limited to:
- Responding to support inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Generating recommendations, configurations, or documentation.
- Assisting with internal operations such as scheduling, invoicing, and site maintenance.
AI-generated output is reviewed and delivered under our supervision. We are responsible for the quality of the service we provide, regardless of whether AI tools were used in the process. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that AI tools may be used as part of service delivery.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin tools, or other users' data.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff during support interactions.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Site without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.
9. Service Availability and Force Majeure
We provide support services primarily in San Juan County, Washington, but may serve customers anywhere in the United States for remote support. Onsite support availability is limited by geographic location.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain Site availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or outages will be communicated when possible.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. If a force majeure event prevents us from providing service, affected subscription periods will be extended by the duration of the disruption or a pro-rata credit will be issued at our discretion.
10. Third-Party Links and Referrals
This Site contains links to third-party products and services, including internet service providers (Starlink, Calyx Institute/T-Mobile, and others) and cell phone carriers (Mint Mobile, Helium Mobile, and others). Some of these links are referral or affiliate links, and Freewave.Online may receive a commission or referral benefit if you sign up through them.
